From 22 March, the ATO will apply penalties to businesses that haven't lodged their 2024 or earlier TPARS, or have received three reminder letters. If a business isn't required to lodge a TPAR, it can submit a 'non-lodgement advice ('NLA') form'. This form can also be used to notify the ATO if the business no longer engages contractors and won't need to lodge in the future.
